Bulk Tickets                            

Bulk Tickets are our special offer destined mainly for companies, institutions and frequent travellers. Our Bulk Tickets allow you to travel at a fixed price, even when booking the tickets at the last minute and make flexible name and travel time changes with no additional charges.

Minimum amount of tickets in a bulk: 10

Validity period: 3 months (for a bulk of 10 tickets)

• Bulk Tickets can be ordered by phone in Jet Air Booking Office (+48 22 846 86 61) or by e-mail at: grupy@jetair.pl

• After placing the order, a price quotation together with the Bulk Ticket Agreement is sent.

• Bulk Tickets are always sold for a specified route. Each ticket is valid for one person, for one way travel.

• The ticket price presented in the offer is the final price and contains all taxes and passenger fees as well as VAT. The price does not include excess baggage charges and other additional services. Such services are paid before departure according to Jet Air Additional Charges price list.

• Bulk Tickets can be used from the moment when the Bulk Ticket Agreement has been signed and the total due amount has been booked on Jet Air bank account.

• After the total due amount has been booked, Jet Air provides the Buyer with an individual login and password to the booking system.

• The acquisition of Bulk Tickets is not equal to a seat reservation for a specific flight.

• The acquisition of Bulk Tickets does not guarantee seat availability on every flight.

• Jet Air Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to exclude selected flights from Bulk Tickets availability.

• The owner of Bulk Tickets can make reservation individually, by means of own login and password to Jet Air booking system or via Jet Air Booking Office.

• A seat reservation is always made for a specific flight.

• A seat reservation can be made up to 2 hours before scheduled departure time.

• All reservation changes have to be made via Jet Air Booking Office at +48 22 846 86 61.

• Name changes in a reservation can be made free of charge up to 2 hours before scheduled departure time.

• The ticket can be rebooked free of change up to 24 hours before the initial time of departure. If the ticket is rebooked less than 24 hours before departure, the change is subject to a fee of 50 PLN.

• A reservation can be cancelled up to 2 hours before departure. A reservation can only be cancelled via Jet Air Booking Office. In case of failure to notify the Jet Air Booking Office of the cancellation of the booking up to 2 horus before departure, the ticket will be considered used.

• The owner of Bulk Tickets can make a reservation for a specific flight without giving the passenger name. The Passenger Name has to be specified 2 hours before departure at the latest.

3. PAYMENT

• Jet Air issues a VAT invoice to the Buyer on the date of signing of the Agreement. The invoice is payable by bank transfer to the bank account stated on the invoice within 7 days of receiving by the Buyer, but not more than 14 days from the date of issue.

• In case when Jet Air ceases to operate on a route for which the Bulk Tickets have been acquired, the relevant amount for the unused tickets shall be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days of the termination of flights. It is not possible to use the Bulk Tickets on another route.
